Terms of Service
Last updated: February 9th, 2026
General
By using Presentify, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service, including those set forth in our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page.
App Store
If you purchase Presentify from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard EULA applies, in addition to the terms listed on this page where they are described more precisely or more specifically.
License
Presentify's license depends on where you buy it. If you purchase Presentify on the Mac App Store, you may install it on all your compatible Apple devices using the same Apple ID—as long as only one person is using it at any given time. If purchased via Setapp, the Setapp subscription terms apply. If Presentify is purchased directly from our website, each license key may only be activated on one machine at a time. You may deactivate your license on one machine and reactivate it on a different machine as needed.
Bugs
While we strive to deliver a polished and reliable experience, it is nearly impossible to build software that is entirely bug-free. We cannot guarantee malfunction-free operation, including the possibility of data loss or system interruption. We encourage you to back up your data regularly.
Refunds
If you purchased Presentify through the Mac App Store, you may be entitled to request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We kindly ask you to contact us before considering a refund—your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve the app.
Support
We read every message that reaches us. As a small team, we may not be able to respond to every single one immediately. We aim to answer all support inquiries within 10 business days. Sometimes we may get behind, and we appreciate your patience.
Restrictions
You should not reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Presentify. You should not redistribute, rent, or lease the software to others. Should a legal dispute arise between you and our company, it will be governed by the applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All program code, assets, brands, artwork, interfaces, icons, effects, copy, and website content are the copyrighted property of Softal, Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Future Changes
